Telehealth Services
Our telehealth services combine to bring you the highest level of care close to home, in a familiar setting, saving you travel time, and improving convenience. WCHS's telehealth services use technology like secure video conferencing and secure messaging tools to deliver otherwise unavailable specialized healthcare services.
Telehealth is available for patients that have a non-emergency condition. This convenient service gives patients access to medical experts within the healthcare facility as you need them.
How It Works:
You will be visiting with telehealth providers over a monitor in the Primary Care Clinic.
- Meet with your Primary Care Provider for a 'referral'. From there, our team will reach out to schedule your telehealth appointment. Confirm your upcoming appointment via email/text/or call reminders.
- When you arrive for your telehealth visit, check in at the Registration Desk and wait to be called back for vitals, and escorted to an exam room while we let the specialist know you are ready.
After the appointment, you may be sent to the Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, or scheduled for a follow-up appointment as needed.
