Foundation Board of directors
The Winnebago Health Foundation's Board of Directors is a governing body that oversees the operations and strategic direction of our charitable Foundation. Our membership is composed of individuals who are dedicated to the Foundation's mission and have the expertise and experience to guide our activities.
As directed in the Foundation By-laws, the board of directors shall consist of no less than nine (9) and no more than eleven (11) members, selected by the WCHS Board of Directors, as follows:
- One (1) member shall be a current member of the Winnebago Tribal Council;
- One (1) member shall be the current WCHS Chief Executive Officer;
- One (1) member shall be a current member of the WCHS Board of Directors;
- One (1) member shall be a representative of another tribal or community organization;
- Two (2) members shall be members of the tribe with experience in health care, business, or related field, not a member of the Winnebago Tribal Council; and
- The remaining members shall be persons with extensive professional experience and/or higher education in health care, business, or related field and may, but need not be, members of the tribe.
