Step into spring with the wēną wanąįšgųnį (Spring Wellness) Walk! This initiative is all about jumpstarting healthy habits while making the most of the season’s fresh energy and motivation. The goal is to boost physical activity and support overall well-being in a simple, achievable way.
Participants can walk on their own schedule or join the Public Health Department staff for group walks. The challenge is to complete a total of 10 miles between April 8 and May 8.
REGISTER IN ADVANCE TO PARTICIPATE
Participants must be registered to attend the walk. Complete registration or scan the QR code to sign up before April 15th.
The final walk will take place on May 8 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Participants who complete the 10-mile goal will receive a t-shirt, smudge bags, water, and fresh fruit.
