Reflection is a crucial part of developing self-awareness.

Join our Behavioral Health team in participating in a month-long guided journaling experience, Mindful Moments. Mindful Moments, a month-long guided journaling experience, encourages participants to engage in self-reflection, mindfulness, and personal growth by completing regular journal prompts.

Participants will receive a journal and be sent prompts every other day via email to complete. Those who complete all 13 Journal entries will receive a self-care basket and be placed in a random drawing for a chance to win a prize.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1.  Sign up before Wednesday, November 5th.
  2. Pick Up Journal: Navigate to WCHS
  3. Check email for prompts every other day.
  4. Complete all 13 Journal entries + check-ins. Check-in Here.

This program is designed to help individuals create a consistent, mindful practice and to promote overall well-being.
