During this class, participants will better understand and manage their health through practical tools, expert guidance, and valuable resources to support their wellness journey.
REGISTER IN ADVANCE TO PARTICIPATE
Participants must be registered to attend this class. Registration can be completed in person at the Whirling Thunder Wellness Center between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM and will remain available until the first class begins on March 17.
